SHAKE DOWN THE SCALE

  • 1 SCOOP PURE NUTRITION SHAKE
    (ANY FLAVOR)

  • 8 OZ WATER

  • 1 CUP ICE

  • 2TBSP MILA

  • OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: FRESH FRUIT,
    NUT BUTTER, CINNAMON, ENERGY STICK

Mila Balls

BITE SIZED SNACKS PACK A HEALTHY PUNCH

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes then roll into golf ball size balls. Store in the fridge or freeze. Enjoy!
